Company Drivers

• 1. Start at $.32 p/m; 1/2cent every 6 month; top out at $.42 p/m ( this is loaded and empty).
• 2. Health insurance paid for employee after 90 days.
• 3. Additional family health insurance is optional.
• 4. 1 week paid vacation at $500.00 after 1 year service.
• 5. A safety bonus of $.01 per mile for no traffic violations, no log violations, no cargo claims,        and no at fault accidents.
• 6. An on time bonus of $.01 per mile for on time pick up and delivery, and be available for        dispatch 20 days out of the month.
• 7. Failure to comply with 5 & 6 will result in the loss of the bonus pay for a period of three       months. Failure to comply with these regulations during the period that the bonus is not been        earned will result in termination.

Owner/Operator

• 1. 68% of gross revenue paid to contractor.
• 2. Insurance package is available (bobtail, physical damage, occupational health).
• 3. Fuel tax paid.
• 4. Fuel card is provided (EFS).
• 5. Truck must pass D. O. T. Inspection.
• 6. Scale tickets reimbursed.
• 7. Truck inspection quarterly at FAST (no charge).
• 8. Tags can be purchased through FAST.
• 9. Terion units will be installed in all trucks ; cost $30.00 per month.
• 10. A safety bonus of 1% for no traffic violations, no log violations, no cargo claims, and no at         fault accidents.
• 11. An on time bonus of 1% for on time pick up and delivery, and be available for dispatch 20         days out of the month.
• 12. Failure to comply with 10 & 11 will result in the loss of the bonus pay for a period of three         months. Failure to comply with these regulations during the period that the bonus is not         been earned will result in termination.

Drivers Qualifications

• 1. Minimum 24 years of age.
• 2. Two years of verifiable OTR experience.
• 3. Must pass D.O.T. Physical examination.
• 4. Must pass D.O.T. Drug screen.
• 5. Must possess a current Commercial Driver's License.
• 6. Must be in compliance with all other applicable D.O.T. And FAST laws and requirements.
• 7. Must meet insurance requirements on MVR.
• A. Any driver with more than 5 moving violations[ including at-fault accidents ] in the past 3            years or with more than 2 moving violations [ including at-fault accidents ] in the last year            will not qualify.
• B. Any driver with more than 2 at-fault [ preventable ] accidents in the last 3 years, or one            at-fault accident in the last year will not qualify.
