VAN DIVISION

1. Start at $.25 p/m
2. Health insurance paid for employee after 90 days
3. Additional family health insurance is optional
4. 1 week paid vacation at $500.00 after 1 year service
5. A safety bonus of $.01 per mile for no traffic violations, no log violations, no cargo claims, and no at fault accidents.
6. An on time bonus of $.01 per mile for on time pick up and delivery, and be available for dispatch 20 days out of the month.
7. Failure to comply with 5 & 6 will result in the loss of the bonus pay for a period of three months. Failure to comply with these regulations during the period that the bonus is not been earned will result in termination.
8. Direct deposit

1. $.81 p/m on all dispatched miles; loaded and empty
2. Insurance package is available( bobtail, physical damage, occupational health, )
3. Fuel tax paid
4. Tolls paid (only when there is no alternate route)
5. Fuel card is provided (EFS)
6. Truck must pass D.O.T. inspection
7. Scale tickets reimbursed.
8. Tags can be purchased through FAST
9. Truck inspection quarterly at FAST ( no charge )
10. Terion units will be installed in all trucks; cost will be $30.00 per month

1. Minimum 23 years of age
2.. Two years of verifiable OTR experience
3. Must pass D.O.T. Physical examination
4. Must pass D.O.T. Drug screen
5. Must possess a current Commercial Driver's License
6. Must be in compliance with all other applicable D.O.T. and FAST laws and requirements.
7. Must meet insurance requirements on MVR . A. Any driver with more than 5 moving violations[ including at-fault accidents] in the past 3 years or with more than 2 moving violations [ including at-fault accidents] in the last year will not qualify. B. Any driver with more than 2 at-fault [ preventable ] accidents in the last 3 years or 1 at-fault accident in the last year will not qualify.
